These terms apply when you engage V-Asset Digital for any service — whether it's a consultation, a paid project, or an ongoing retainer. By booking a call or submitting a project request through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

We keep things simple. No legal theatre. Just a clear understanding of how we work together.

What We Do

V-Asset Digital builds AI-powered automation systems for businesses. This includes lead capture workflows, WhatsApp automation, sales follow-up systems, internal process automation, and business websites. We design, build, and deploy these systems based on your specific needs.

How Engagements Work

• Discovery call — We start with a free 30-minute consultation. No commitment. We discuss your business, your problems, and whether we can actually help.
• Proposal — If there's a fit, we send a clear proposal outlining what we'll build, the timeline, and the cost. No hidden fees.
• Build and deliver — Once approved, we build the system, test it, and hand it over. You own the result.

Payment Terms

• Payment terms are agreed upon before any work begins and are outlined in the project proposal.
• For most projects, we work on a milestone basis — a portion upfront, and the remainder upon delivery.
• We accept bank transfer and other payment methods as discussed during the proposal stage.

What You Own

Once a project is complete and fully paid for, you own the deliverables — the workflows, automations, and assets we build for you. We do not retain ownership of your business systems.

We may retain internal documentation and templates for our own operational use, but your data and your systems are yours.

Scope and Revisions

Every project has a defined scope outlined in the proposal. If requirements change significantly during the build, we'll discuss the impact on timeline and cost before proceeding. Minor adjustments within reason are part of how we work — we're not going to charge you for a text change.

Confidentiality

Anything you share with us about your business — processes, pricing, customer data, strategy — is treated as confidential. We do not share your information with third parties, competitors, or anyone outside the project team.

Liability

We build systems to the best of our ability and test thoroughly before delivery. However, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, or third-party service outages (e.g., WhatsApp API changes, hosting provider downtime) that affect system performance after handover.

Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that specific engagement.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel a project before completion, let us know as early as possible. Work already completed up to the cancellation date will be billed according to the proposal terms. We don't charge cancellation fees — life happens.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Existing agreements will continue under the terms that were in place when the work was agreed upon.
